• All prices, specifications, and discounts are subject to change without notice.
• We are not responsible for any damage while in the hands of the carrier.
(For any damage of loss while in transit, promptly file claim against the carrier)
• All claims for shortage must be brought to our attention within five (5) days from the date the merchandise was received.
Cancellations are not accepted on orders in transit or on custom equipment.
• Returns: No returned merchandise will be accepted unless previous written authorizations to do so has been written.
• Merchandise being returned must be shipped pre-paid, and is subject to a 50% restocking charge, and should be in the original carton.
• Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days from receipt.
• Merchandise is shipped on open account only to those firms providing satisfactory credit references.
• All orders are subject to acceptance at our office; a copy of current resale certificate is required.
• Quotations: Unless otherwise stated, quotations are  good for 30 days only.
• All prints and drawings submitted with orders, will be accepted as correct, and any errors arising from same will be the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control, such as: fires, strikes, floods, delays in transportation or any other contingencies of similar nature.
• Possession of price list does not constitute an offer to sell.
• Minimum order is $150.00 U.S.
• Custom products cannot be returned.

Warranty

Lambertson Industries warrants all of its manufactured equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a 180-day period following the date of purchase providing written notice thereof is received within that time.

This warranty applies only under conditions of normal use and does not apply to defects which result from negligence, misuse, damage caused by abusive treatment, environmental factors, normal wear including dents and scratches, improper installation or operation, and/or accidents. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and any and all other warranties express or implied unless herein otherwise stated.

If a workmanship or materials defect results, seller will either repair those defects or replace the particular item at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. In no event will the cost of this obligation exceed the original net selling price of the item.

The manufacture’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to the exchange of any defective part which may be returned and which proves to be defective. This warranty does not include the cost of transit, labor, loss of business, damages or other miscellaneous expenses incurred in the servicing of this warranty.

This warranty applies to Lambertson equipment specifically.  Warranties from other manufacturers, when used as components, apply as written.
